About Mind Your Manors & Aimee Jo
Mind Your Manors provides second home management and vacation ranch management services in the Ojai Valley and Ventura County area. We often work with executives, celebrities, and other high-profile clients and assure you that we place a high importance on confidentiality and discretion. Please visit our Services page to learn more about the services we offer.
The owner of Mind Your Manors, Aimee Jo, was born and raised in Ojai. Her mother has been one of the top real estate agents in the valley for more than 35 years, and her father was a general contractor here for more than four decades. Being involved in these family businesses and providing property management services for many family-owned rental properties throughout her life has allowed her to forge relationships with local contractors and develop an understanding of what it takes to meet the needs of clients and manage the ongoing requirements of property maintenance.
During graduate school, she worked as a business manager for an independent film company and a personal assistant to the owner, a high-profile musician-turned-CEO. After obtaining her masters degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, she worked as the director of public policy for a mid-sized non-profit organization.
Aside from providing second home management services, she is a real estate marketer and freelance writer specializing in real estate, home improvement, outdoor living, entertaining, and green living.
Mind Your Manors is a woman-owned, LGBTQ-owned, military spouse/widow-owned business.
